The Healthy Heart exercise class takes place weekly on Thursdays, 11am - 12pm at MACBI Community Hub, Newlands Road, Mintlaw.

This exercise class supports people with a range of heart conditions & the process of cardiac rehabilitation and accommodates people with a wide range of long-term health conditions [including diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, cervical spondylosis, joint replacements, obesity, asthma, COPD, depression, stress, anxiety, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure] to exercise safely and effectively.

The class is suitable for a range of abilities.

Our specialist exercise instructor can modify the exercises to your individual needs.

No referral needed as individuals can self-refer. 

THE GCRA+ MINTLAW CLASS IS CURRENTLY FULL.
