Angus ADP aims to:

  • Provide strategic leadership across Angus for all agencies working within the alcohol and drugs field and other agencies with an important role to play such as education, housing and leisure.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the ADP sub groups (Recovery and Joint Working, Operations, Workforce Development, Joint ADP / Community Planning, Finance and Commissioning).
  • Take decisions on how the ADP funding should be spent in Angus.
  • Ensure that service planning for alcohol and drugs is based on needs assessment information.
