Ardenglen Housing Association - Social Housing

Ardenglen Housing Association own and manage approximately 1,000 properties.

Predominantly situated in the east of Castlemilk, Glasgow, our housing stock is made up of a mixture of refurbished tenemental properties and new housing. There is a wide variety of house type and property size.

Anyone over the age of 16 may apply for housing.

If you’re looking to apply to us for housing, you can do this either in person or telephone by booking an appointment or by completing our online application. Once we receive your completed application with ID and proof of address, staff will assess your application.

We allocate our homes on a points based system, which are awarded based on your circumstances. The higher your level of points, the higher your priority. When we have a property available for let we will contact those who are at the top end of the list.
