The AGAP Tuesday Art Group worked with the Govanhill Youth Project and Glasgow Life as part of the Diversity Windows Project that the youth project had secured the funding for. They created one of five windows that were installed in Govanhill Library on 2 June 2015. The group learned new skills in the art of stained glass which they thoroughly enjoyed. They continue to work on their own individual pieces of artwork....
The Tuesday Art Group meets at the centre from 1pm - 3pm every Tuesday.
They are a very welcoming group of people who like to share their knowledge of painting with others.
You don’t have to paint to a high standard to join the group. All you need is your own paints/paper etc.
