Chrysalis has a base within Dawson Park at Duntrune Community Garden in Dundee, working in partnership with Dundee City Council. We offer people with mental health problems the opportunity to participate in a two-year therapeutic gardening programme.

While on the programme we support people to build confidence, improve self-esteem and increase motivation.

The garden offers a range of therapeutic benefits, including physical activity and mental well-being.
