Individual Placement and Support (IPS) offers in individual and time unlimited support for young people with mental health problems in to employment. The IPS specialist is there to help you to gain and develop skills and knowledge that are essential to enter the work environment. They offer intensive pre-employment and time-unlimited in-work support to boost your confidence before applying for a job and to sustain it.

For young people (16-24) living in Edinburgh and receiving support for their mental health.
The young person must be in one of the following groups:
Unemployment
Under-employed
Education leavers without a positive destination
In low-paid employment
At the risk of redundancy
At the risk of losing an apprenticeship
