Hi, I'm a professionally qualified and insured STA Level 2 Open Water Swimming Coach and Open Water Safety Rescuer. who'd love to help you improve your health and wellbeing!

A well-experienced open water swimmer over several years, having competed in many outdoor swimming events and swam in various locations at home and abroad.

I'm passionate about using my experience and coaching abilities to provide opportunities for people to improve their health and wellbeing, as well as develop their swim technique.

My coaching days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. For outdoor sessions the venue is a lovely small loch. I also coach technique in local pools and particularly during the winter months. Cold-water dipping sessions continue throughout the year. My fee information is provided upon receiving an enquiry.

Swim kit - and changing gear for after an outdoor session - are specified at the point of booking, along with minimum swim ability requirements. Hope to hear from you, thanks!
