Support at Home Central offers 24 hour care to individuals living in their own homes across central Shetland, promoting people to get the most out of life, focusing on re-ablement and promoting independence, and supporting them to achieve their wishes and aspirations. This includes personal care, support and practical assistance, domestic home care, shopping support, and meals on wheels.

The service also has a Sparkly Squad dedicated to thorough domestic support, including decluttering and deep cleaning.
