VisionPK is a charity supporting people who are blind, partially sighted, deaf or hard of hearing across Perth & Kinross.

We are the only charity in Perth & Kinross whose sole focus is helping those with sensory impairment.

Whether you’re looking for information about your visual impairment or hearing loss, want to talk through your worries or concerns, or get answers to your burning questions – we are here to help. We will work with you to identify your goals, supporting you to achieve them and live life on your own terms. We’ll help you learn how to live independently with your condition.

The services we provide include rehabilitation and habilitation services; specialist equipment assessment and provision; information, advice and support; volunteering opportunities; fundraising opportunities and activities, groups and clubs.

Our mission is to provide and continuously develop a wide range of high-quality services for people with a sensory impairment in Perth & Kinross, focused on early intervention.

We exist to enhance the quality of life of, promote the continuing independence of and raise awareness of the needs of people of all ages who are visually and/or hearing-impaired and live in Perth & Kinross.

As a local, independent charity, we rely on local support to fund our vital services. All money raised by VisionPK stay in the local area for the benefit of local people.

Our vision is that all people with sensory loss in Perth & Kinross live independent, fulfilled and happy lives, achieving the personal outcomes they aspire to.

We also provide statutory services on behalf of the local council and hold and maintain the register for blind and partially sighted people in Perth & Kinross.
