Glasgow South Housing Support and Care at Home Service that supports people across Glasgow South who are experiencing mental health problems, learning disabilities and people with a forensic or criminal justice history.

We put people at the centre of everything we do, enabling them to make their own choices and to live as independently as possible within their own homes.

This could include maintaining a tenancy, daily living skills, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and promoting inclusion in the wider community.

The service we provide varies according to the needs of people, support is tailored to suit peoples’ needs. We work in partnership with people and other people in their life to ensure that the support we provide is of the highest possible quality.
