Allotments are small plots of cultivatable land that are rented for the production of fruit, vegetables, flowers and herbs. Allotments can bring a variety of benefits, not just to individual plot holders, but also to their families, their communities and the environment. Allotments provide green spaces and are an important part of the city's community infrastructure. Allotments are places where you can:

Niggfield Allotments consists of 44 plots; 20 full plots (300m²), 1 three-quarter plot (225m²), 15 half plots (150m²), one 130m² plot, two 100m² and 5 micro plots (<50m²). Access from Nigg Kirk Road – Wellington Road behind Nigg Parish Church.
Rental fee applies and there is a waiting list for allocation.
