Energy Advice Service can offer tenants support and impartial advice with the following:
- Reducing your energy costs
- Understanding your fuel bills
- Confirming who your supplier is and help setting up a new account
- Emergency Top ups & Grant applications for energy debt
- Handling energy complaints
- Uncapping your gas supply
- Managing your fuel debt
- Comparing energy tariffs and helping to switch suppliers
- Understanding your heating controls
- Smart Meters
- Any other energy issues
We provide free 1-2-1 appointments via telephone, WhatsApp and Zoom. We can also carry out face to face appointments in our office or can visit you at home. You can contact our Energy Advice Officer by phone or email, or complete the referral form on our wesbite.
