Glasgow Young Persons Service (16-25 year old care leavers)

Sadly many people who have experienced care become homeless. Aspire works closely with this care experienced young people to support them into their own homes, gain and keep employment and support people with financial management, addiction and mental health issues and generally provide care and compassion. The Glasgow Young Persons Service supports young care leavers into long-term suitable accommodation and provides interventions for all individual support needs. 

Referrals for this service should come from Social Work.
