We help people with cancer, primarily those with head, neck, and gastric cancers (i.e. mouth, neck, throat etc).

We offer oncology massage.

We offer mindfulness courses for those affected by cancer and also for their carers and loved ones (starting in February 2020).

We offer arts and crafts courses (starting in 2020).

We have a cookbook aimed to help those at all ages and stages who find it difficult to chew and swallow food (potentially due to varying cancers).
