Bipolar Self-management Training in Aberdeen

Join us in Aberdeen on the 21st and 22nd of March 2026 for Bipolar Scotland’s in-person Self-Management Training (SMT).
Over two days, you’ll work in a small group setting led by trained facilitators. Together, you’ll explore tools, strategies, and resources to help you better understand your condition and feel more confident managing day-to-day life.
This course is designed to be informal, empowering, and rooted in peer support. You’ll learn more about what influences your mood, identify early warning signs, and develop your own personal plan to stay well – all while connecting with others who truly understand.

Who is it for?
This course is open to anyone with a bipolar diagnosis who feels ready to explore how self-management could work for them.
