Our online chat is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. Closed on bank holidays.
Who can chat with us
- You have a housing problem but you have somewhere to stay
- Nobody in your home is vulnerable or at risk of harm
How can we help
- Our advisers can give you advice about housing problems.
- We can email you a copy of the chat if you provide your email address.
- We cannot call you back or contact you after the chat.
If you need urgent help, you can either call our free helpline (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm) or contact your council at any time of day or night, They have a legal duty to help you.
