The Cumbernauld & Kilsyth Ramblers is a large and active group, with both ladies and gents of all ages, offering at least one walk every Sunday, and a short local walk every Tuesday. We also have a longer, usually car-based walk every second Wednesday.

As well as walks we have regular social events, and also organise walking midweek breaks or weekends away, about three times a year. Our walks are varied, and range from Munros to low level rambles. When a demanding mountain walk is on the programme, a low level alternative is always offered.
New walkers are always made most welcome, and we invite you to join us on any of our walks to see if it’s for you, and how much you enjoy it! If you are unsure of your fitness level then try a short and easy walk first.

If in doubt whether a walk is suitable for you, feel free to contact the walk leader in advance. You will experience great views, fun, exhilaration and good company as we walk around Scotland (and sometimes further afield) – just remember your sturdy footwear and rain jacket!
