Age UK's Silver Line Helpline is a free, confidential helpline providing friendship to older people.

The Silver Line Helpline is a telephone service specifically for older people aged 55 and over to help tackle the feelings of loneliness and isolation that many older people experience.

Whether you're feeling lonely, need to access support or just want to chat, our friendly team is ready to answer your call.

Lines are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
