Welcome to ‘Rainbow Rookies’, a thriving community group dedicated to bringing together LGBT+ individuals through engaging physical activities. As part of our ongoing commitment to the third pillar of our 4 pillars, we strive to enrich our minds, keep our bodies healthy, and build a supportive network of like-minded individuals.

At Rainbow Rookies, we believe in the power of community and physical activity to foster well-being and connection. Our group is a space where you can stay active, make new friends, and enjoy a variety of sports and fitness activities.

We meet to participate in different physical activities designed to be fun, inclusive, and accessible for all fitness levels.
