A helpline providing information and emotional support to the entire diversity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community across Scotland. This includes queer, intersex, asexual people and all identities under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella.


We are also here for the families, partners, friends and supporters of LGBTQ+ people, as well as health and social care professionals who want to be more inclusive.


We are open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (12-9pm) and Sundays (1-6pm). You can call us (freephone), email us or livechat to us through our website.
