Together Borders is the supported living division of the organisation. We support people in their own homes and daily lives. This may vary from a few hours to 24 hour daily support.

If you ask us to support you, we find out what you need and want from your support – examples might be some help in managing your home, looking after your money, keeping safe and well, keeping in touch with people you know, making new friends, pursuing interests.

We will support you to maintain and develop your skills and live your life to the full.
