Mental health and peer Recovery drop-in for people with learned behaviours.

A drop-in at the United Reformed Church, from 1300hrs to 1530hrs. SMART peer recovery meeting runs from 1400hrs.

Wheelchair accessible area for anyone looking for connection and support with any learned behaviour and substance dependant behaviours. The drop-in is open to people who are supporting or worried about family and friends who may be involved in these learned behaviours.

There are various different craft tables, information tables, a safe space, areas for meditation, newspapers, learning experiences, a welcoming bowl of soup, biscuits/tea coffee and juice. Most of all there is a focus on recovery, connection, friendship, love and HOPE.
