Qi gong is a no impact form of exercise which increases your energy and reduces your stress. All moves can be done either standing or sitting upright in a chair. Signature moves consist of slow-motion, relaxing, fluid movement sequences. A regular qi gong practice brings many benefits to your physical and mental health. No mat or special clothes are required – wear comfortable loose fitting clothing like long sleeve t-shirts and track suit bottoms or leggings.
