Caledonia Social Care's flexible and personalised care at home service is designed to enable people to live independently in their own homes and remain connected to their local community.
Our service can support a person to manage domestic and household tasks, such as shopping and cleaning, to help promote a persons independence.
In addition to this, our staff are highly experienced in all aspects of personal care and can support a wide range of clients, from people with learning disabilities to people living with dementia.
A key part of our service is encouraging people to access hobbies and interests and we value the importance this has on a persons physical and emotional well-being.
Caledonia Social Care offers carers planned, regular periods of respite during the week, on weekends, overnight or during holidays. Our respite services provide carers with some invaluable ‘me’ time to attend personal appointments, enjoy leisure activities or undertake tasks independently. We can even respond in an emergency or crisis situation.
Our office open hours are Monday - Friday 9-5pm.
