Our Forget-Me-Not Café Peer Support Group is here to offer you friendship, understanding, and a shoulder to lean on. You’re never alone when you’re with us. This group was initially set up for people with a diagnosis of Dementia and their loved ones but is now open to all senior members of the community who may feel lonely and isolated.
The Forget-Me-Not Café is a haven for older adults, a place where cherished memories are shared, and new friendships bloom. Our peer support group is tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of seniors who are looking for:
- Connection
- Support and empathy
- Activities and entertainment
- Resource sharing
We meet every Monday and have two sessions due to high demand:
- Session 1: 10.30 - 12 pm (quiet session)
- Session 2: 1 - 3 pm
