These FREE classes are for people living with dementia and their families and carers. By developing communication, expression, coordination, balance, creativity and social interaction, dancing engages the brain and improves quality of life.

Classes take place between 2:45 and 4:30pm on Thursdays at Scottish Ballet HQ, Glasgow.
