The Chances service offers confidential and free one-to-one practical and emotional support to individuals who are impacted by their own gambling or someone else’s gambling. The support offered to those impacted by someone else’s gambling promotes positive communication skills, boundaries with others, improves health and wellbeing and much more. The Chances team can support people aged 16 and over across Scotland either by phone, online or in-person depending on the location and preferred support method.
