Compass provides the best up-to-date information for transitions to adulthood in Scotland, all in one place. It's free of charge, individually tailored to the user and available 24/7.

There are three versions of Compass - for young people with additional support needs of any kind preparing for change, for their parents and carers, and for the professionals who support them.

The Compass Data Report is published annually with essential baseline data that supports all services to implement Scotland's new National Transitions to Adult Strategy for Young Disabled People.
