Connections Art Group

Delivered by: Central Wellbeing
Last updated: 02/10/2025

Art is good for us, whether it’s watching it or taking part. Creating art can significantly benefit mental health by promoting emotional expression, reducing stress, and enhancing self-esteem. Engaging in art can provide a creative outlet for individuals to explore their feelings, gain insights into their thoughts, and boost their confidence. Additionally, art can foster social connections and a sense of community.

The aim of this group is to enhance the mental health and wellbeing of participants by facilitating new social connections, providing a fun and creative outlet, and offering a weekly activity they can look forward to. We hope the group will support integration of New Scots into the Falkirk Community.

The group meets every Monday,  10 – 11.30 am. Free to attend, refreshments provided. Contact us to book.

This group is funded by the Integration Fund from Falkirk Council.
