Cafes are open to the general public to drop by for a free cuppa, a cake and a good blether! Occasional guest speakers, outings and activities. Cafes are free, friendly and bring people together to listen, talk and provide support, including access to a broad range of community opportunities, activities and wellbeing support in the community.
