Creative Writing Group
Creative writing is a way to explore thoughts, ideas and emotions that you might otherwise find difficult to express, with no skill or experience required.
The creative writing exercises can help you to slow down, relax and process your thoughts. Feelings that you might find difficult to put into words can be more easily expressed through metaphors and stories. As a process, writing can help you to learn to understand your feelings, which may help to build your confidence.
