Cross training boot camp classes comprise of constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. But what does that mean? Well, you’re not stuck inside a restrictive gym environment - instead you’ll use the environment around you, a huge variety of kit such as sand bags, battle ropes, slam balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, tyres, weight vests, bars, sleds and much more!

We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities which will make you fitter, look better and feel better!

We spend time on learning the necessary technique before ramping up the intensity to push you beyond your perceived limit. It's tough but progressive and most importantly - it’s effective.
