The Community Transport Association provides expert advice and support to organisations running community transport in the UK. We do this by providing support and information on a wide range of community transport-related topics, such as permits and licensing regulations, and by signposting our members to other relevant agencies.

The CTA Advice Service is available between 10:00 and 16:00, Monday and Friday, and can be contacted by phone or email. If you are a CTA member, please have your membership number to hand.
