Are you looking to get active but unsure where to start? Don't worry, our Good Move team have got you covered. No matter your age or ability, we offer programmes and activities that can help you live a healthier life.
Our specially-trained Vitality instructors help people with medical conditions to exercise. Vitality classes are a great way to become more active and boost confidence. They're safe spaces where you can work at your own pace. We adapt exercises to different levels of mobility, balance and fitness.
You don't have to identify with any specific medical condition to take part in Vitality. There are four levels of the Vitality programme. Our range of classes is suitable for people who:
- Feel unsteady on their feet.
- Have reduced strength or mobility.
- Are returning to exercise after a period of inactivity.
- Want extra support to stay active.
