Our support enables people to live independently in their own homes and remain connected to their local community.Our highly skilled staff work with a person, and their family, to ensure the support they receive is person-centred and based on their individual needs and choices.Advocating independence and encouraging them to do things themselves where possible
Adapting to daily and long-term changes of a client’s symptoms and abilities
Communicating with a client’s circle of support to ensure appropriate care is provided
Empowering clients to reach their goals to give them a sense of achievement
Supporting clients to achieve good mental and physical health
Providing care that is tailored to the individual’s symptoms and needs. This includes making sure that any coexisting conditions, such as epilepsy, are appropriately considered.
