Caledonia Social Care offer flexible and personalised home support services to people living with learning disabilities.  Our support enables people to live independently in their own homes and remain connected to their local community.Our highly skilled staff work with a person, and their family, to ensure the support they receive is person-centred and based on their individual needs and choices.Advocating independence and encouraging them to do things themselves where possible

Supporting clients to achieve good mental and physical health

Providing care that is tailored to the individual’s symptoms and needs. This includes making sure that any coexisting conditions, such as epilepsy, are appropriately considered.
