Our counsellors understand M.E. and the impact that it can have on young people’s lives. They’re here to listen to you and to ensure you get the support that you need. Counselling is a safe space, to talk about your feelings, your life, your situation, your goals. It is an opportunity to talk to someone outside your family or friends where you decide what you want to talk about. Your counsellor will provide you with the support you need, to nurture your wellbeing and empower you to manage your feelings. This service is free. You can choose to have up to 12 sessions and these can be either 30 or 50 minutes long
