Friends & Family Bipolar Support Group

This is a Claimed service
Delivered by: Bipolar Scotland This is a Claimed organisation
Last updated: 24/10/2025

Our Friends & Family support group is informal, friendly and open to anyone who is supporting a loved one who is living with bipolar.

Group meetings are places where people affected by bipolar can share ideas and information on how to improve their quality of life. They’re great places for letting off steam about issues that are stressing you out and for getting support from people who know what you’re talking about.

Our Friends & Family group currently meets online on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7pm. To get the meeting link, please RSVP here: https://bipolarscotland.org.uk/support-groups/
