The Leanne Fund’s “Families in Crisis” service provides emergency financial support for families affected by cystic fibrosis who are experiencing unexpected hardship.

Help may be available for urgent situations such as:

Travel or accommodation costs for essential hospital appointments outside of routine care

Financial pressure during frequent or prolonged hospital stays

Emergency housing support where family relationships have broken down

Other crisis situations on a case-by-case basis

To apply, please speak to your CF Nurse Specialist, who can help complete and submit the application form.
