Reachout With Arts In Mind

Reachout is an award winning member-led expressive arts charity. We design and deliver creative wellbeing programmes. We work collaboratively with Forth Valley education, health & wellbeing partners to deliver a holistic service. Using expressive arts as the vehicle; the service delivery model promotes informed wellbeing choices and mental health awareness to maintain wellbeing and prevent relapse. Alongside our member-led studio programmes we collaborate and coproduce creative interventions for a range of Clackmannanshire children, young people, and adults via our outreach service.

Reachout membership is open to adults aged 16+ living with mental health, wellbeing and disability challenges. The service is open Mon - Friday 9am - 5pm and studio is open Mon - Friday 10am - 4pm. All workshops must be booked in advance. To make a Referrals to Reachout visit our website.

Activities:
• High quality art practice and cultural activities to improve health and wellbeing management
• Multi-artform expressive creative arts & crafts, pottery & animation workshops delivered through participant co-production and collaboration
• Outreach programmes and exhibiting artwork and Creative Journeys both locally and further afield
• Pop-up creative workshops across Clackmannanshire villages
• Creative self-help wellbeing tools and artistic practice to build transferable skills to support recovery
• Confidence building workshops delivered in partnership with local organisations
• Volunteering and paid employability placements
