Birchview is a purpose-built bungalow offering short breaks and respite care for adults with learning disabilities. Designed with accessibility in mind, Birchview has wheelchair access throughout.

Located on the grounds of the Moray Resource Centre, it provides a secure, supportive, and comfortable environment. The property boasts a fully enclosed, well-maintained garden at the rear and parking at the front.

Accommodation

• Four bedrooms:
• Two en-suite rooms with tracking hoists.
• Two additional rooms share an accessible bathroom, with shower and bath.
• Communal spaces:
• Kitchen/dining area.
• Cosy lounge with patio doors leading to the garden.

Specialist Care

Birchview supports individuals with a range of needs, including:

• Autism/ASD
• Cerebral Palsy
• Epilepsy
• Head or brain injuries

With sufficient notice, respite breaks can be planned and booked in advance, providing caregivers the opportunity to take a well-deserved break.
