Drop-in on Wednesday 3-5pm for wellness activities, discussion about mental health and wellbeing and peer support. A relaxed, welcoming space to meet other women+ and take part in some gentle, calming activities.

Food & drinks: we have snacks & hot drinks available for free, and there’s a free food pantry in the corridor. Please speak to a staff member if you are hungry, we always have sandwich ingredients in.

Sensory information: Kairos is a very colourful space that can be noisy during busy groups. We use lamps in our spaces to reduce sensory overwhelm and fidget toys are available. Speak to someone before coming along so we can advise you of quieter spaces. We can adapt to make the space more comfortable and accessible for you!
