Break the Silence provides professional support to survivors of childhood sexual abuse, their partners and family members living in East or North Ayrshire.

Options for support include:

  • One-to-one counselling with qualified psychotherapists
  • Group activities
  • Outreach support
  • Telephone Counselling
  • Email Counselling
  • Video counselling
  • EMDR therapy

We accept self-referrals, referrals from a family member/friend and organisational referrals. These can be made via phone at 01563 559558 or online through our website.
