Break the Silence provides professional support to survivors of childhood sexual abuse, their partners and family members living in East or North Ayrshire.
Options for support include:
- One-to-one counselling with qualified psychotherapists
- Family Counselling
- Group activities
- Outreach support
- Telephone Counselling
- Email Counselling
- Video counselling using Attend Anywhere
- EMDR therapy through Attend Anywhere
We accept self-referrals, referrals from a family member/friend and organisational referrals. These can be made via phone at 01563 559558 or online through our website.
Opening times: Monday-Friday 9 am-4.30 pm
