We run a led cycle ride for a group of people accessing Livilands mental health services.
These rides are designed to build confidence and promote independence whilst also encouraging active travel and health improvement. However, we also focus on the social benefits of cycling and being part of a group and always make a point of stopping midway for a cup of tea and a chat.
We also have a number of e-bikes available to use on our rides free of charge.
