Y2Kplus+

This is a Claimed service
Last updated: 12/08/2024

Our Y2K Plus service aims to provide person centred supports to young people between the ages of 11 and 18 years experiencing a range of issues within their lives.

A Y2K plus youth worker will meet with the young person at an agreed time and venue each week and work towards achieving targets set out by the young person. All of the supports provided are tailored to meet the needs of the individual.

If you would like to refer a young person to the Y2K plus service or you would like to self-refer, please download the form. Referrals can be received at any time.
