Glasgow FND Awareness Support Circle is a peer-led support group for people living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), as well as their families, carers, and supporters. We provide a safe, inclusive, and understanding space where individuals can connect, share experiences, and access reliable information about FND. Our group recognises the complex and often misunderstood nature of FND and aims to reduce isolation, stigma, and barriers to support through education, peer connection, and awareness-raising. We aim to provide a supportive and non-judgemental environment for people affected by FND

To increase awareness and understanding of Functional Neurological Disorder

Offer accessible meetings that consider fatigue, mobility, and sensory needs

Encourage peer connection and mutual support

Support families and carers affected by FND

The Glasgow FND Awareness Support Circle meets on the second and last Friday of every month, from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
