Delivered by: Scottish Ballet This is a Claimed organisation
Last updated: 07/03/2025

Bedside Ballet consists of FREE digital dance resources for people with reduced mobility to share with their companions or carers.

Watch Scottish Ballet perform before being invited to move your body gently to music. Choose from three 10-minute films as well as two audio resources.

Bedside Ballet can be safely accessed by those in bed, at the bedside or seated – in care homes, hospitals or at home. These resources have been created for people living with neurological conditions but can be used by anyone with reduced mobility. As with all SB Health resources, Bedside Ballet can also be enjoyed independently.
