Train the Trainer breast awareness programme

Delivered by: Breast Cancer Now This is a Claimed organisation
Last updated: 18/12/2025

Our Train the Trainer (TtT) programme is a free breast health promotion training course that trains local healthcare and community workers to promote breast awareness and screening messages within their local communities, throughout Glasgow & Lanarkshire. As a result, breast screening attendance in the area will increase and people will present earlier to their GP if they notice any changes to their breasts.

We can deliver this course via the following 3 options:

4-hour online live workshop via Microsoft Teams

1-day face-to-face workshop (lunch and refreshments provided)

Self-directed eLearning course (approx. 2 hours to complete in one sitting or can be completed in stages)

All the above options are FREE to access.   We have availability and dates from January 2026 onwards for trainees to sign up and get involved in the pilot!
