You will work with your dedicated personal adviser who will be with your every step of the way - working through your barriers and challenges to help identify what support you need to help you make the transition back into the workplace.

If so, you can join Fair Start Scotland the flexible employment support service tailored to meet your needs. We’ll help you to bridge the gap between any health issues and securing a job. We have a fully qualified Occupational Therapist and Holistic Counsellor for you to work with as well as signposting to wider organisations.
