CoWL is a trusted local charity dedicated to supporting unpaid carers and disabled people living in West Lothian. We provide a wide range of services designed to meet individual needs, promote independence, and improve quality of life.


Our Disability Service supports adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, helping them live independently at home and stay connected within their communities. We focus on promoting independence, social inclusion, and wellbeing.


Our support includes:

Specialist clinics (welfare rights, legal)

Health and wellbeing activities

Social opportunities (groups, events, outings)

Signposting to relevant services
