Our services are for women and non-binary people living with (or who suspect they have) ADHD, in the Scottish Highlands. We host a number of different events.
Coffee Catch up takes place at 12.30pm on Saturdays once a month at The River Ness Hotel. This is a casual get together in a public space and not confidential. We have a vase with colourful hearts on the table to identify us.
Before you attend our sessions, we ask that you book in. This helps us have a rough idea on numbers, so we can ensure we have the appropriate space and facilities. It also helps us to understand what events you enjoy seeing from us!
All our groups are free but there is always an option to make a donation.
